UNCERTAINTY Trailer
We wrote this story, in a way, with Joe and Lynn. They were our partners, improvising all the dialogue through a month of rehearsals in restaurants and subway cars, and on the streets of Chinatown and Woodhaven, Queens. It was a crazy, intimate experience, with actors committed, with us, to doing something none of us had ever done before.
We wanted as much real life as we could get from the streets and the people around us. It was hard work, but unforgettable.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is my favorite actor at the moment, he just keeps putting films out that I’m desperate to watch. Uncertainty was shot on an extremely low budget with most of the dialogue ad-libbed and looks like a really interesting concept for a film.
Hopefully we’ll be able to see this in the UK sooner rather than later.
